RESERVATIONS

Reservations cannot be held longer than 5 days
A 50% deposit is required on advance reservations
Deposits are due within a week of the reservation
Deposits and Full Payments may be paid by check or credit card
There is a $100 charge for returned checks
Your deposit will be refunded only if your reserved property is re-rented

CONFIRMATION AND FINAL PAYMENT

When your deposit is received, we will mail you a confirmation and an onsite activities disclaimer. The balance is due 30 days before the arrival date along with your signed activities disclaimer. No refunds for early departures. We accept the following credit cards ...... Visa - MasterCard - American Express and Discover.

We provide free transportation from the Duluth and Sky Harbor Airports and from any of the Duluth/Superior Marinas

Take the Fifth Avenue Exit off of Interstate 35
Go straight ahead and move into the right hand lane
Turn Right onto Lake Avenue and keep right as the road curves
Move into the left lane as you go to the stop lights
Turn Left on the green arrow and follow Lake Avenue to the Aerial Bridge
Cross the Aerial Bridge and follow around the curve and continue to the stop sign (Note the Gas Station and Corner Store on your right.)
Continue past the Stop sign to 34th Street
The driveway to Braun Properties is the first driveway on your left.
Turn left and follow the driveway to Sand Grass and Northern Lights.
