POLICY

1. The property will be open at 3:00 pm on your day of arrival & keys will be on the kitchen counter.
2. Please remember Pets and Smoking are not allowed
3. The maximum number of persons allowed is not to be exceeded
4. The properties do not have scheduled maid service
5. The phones are for local use only. No long distance phone calls are available
6. Helmets must be worn when using the Bicycles
7. Life Vests must be worn when using the Canoe or Kayaks
8. Any damage to the on site activities equipment will be charged to the user
9. Departure time on your final day is Noon
10. Please leave the keys on the kitchen counter upon departing

CANCELLATIONS

Must be in writing and arrive 30 days before the arrival date.
There is a $100 charge for cancellations.
The remainder is refundable, only if, we are able to re-rent the property.
